Sometimes when people are on the verge of overhauling their lives, they need to get rid of all the psychological and physical baggage that surrounds them.

This process, while sometimes difficult, can only lead to increased blessings in one's life.

For some people, the thought that nothing belongs to any one person makes it easy to let go of attachments whether it be to people, places, objects, or money. This belief makes it easy for some to share and live generously. It also makes it easy to understand the true nature of abundance and money. These things help us meet our needs and grow: we can pass them on to other people when we learn the necessary lesson.

To be sure, very few people understand this. Quite a few people think that it is a crazy idea. Yes, when one has outgrown an object, a relationship that refuses to change, or a job that doesn't challenge, the universe will bring a new person who will be happy to care for the gift.

In letting go, we free up personal space. Nature abhors a void. The moment you free up time or space you will find, as if by magic, a plethora of options ahead of you. This is your gift for freeing up old energy for the benefit of others who need it. It is truly the givers who receive the gifts of this world.
